Inconvinence after spending money

I bought one nokia mobile 2760 from south ext.

after 2 days i find problem in that cell. No incoming audio is coming. I go to the service center at lagpat nagar on Dt.1/sep/08.

They take my phone an ask me to come after 20 days min.

Ater purchaseing new phone i face this problem with in 2 days. Due to this problem i purchase new LG phone

I am very much uunsatisfied with nokia phone and the way they treat their customer.
