Postponing the delivery

I got some enhancement problem in my Nokia 6300 mobile and I have given it to the INFOCARE SREVICES LUCKNOW (shop #1, 2, 3 SHANTI COMLEX FAIZABAD ROAD, INDIRA NAGAR LUCKNOW) in the month of AUGUST. At first they informed that the problem will get resolved and the mobile will be delivered within 15 DAYS (Maximum). Since then they have been postponing the delivery date by saying that the mobile has to come from higher office DELHI, some transport problems etc., I request you to forward my complaint to the concerned person and help me out in receiving my cell back. If the nokia centre can repair it, PLEASE GIVE ME BACK.. The Service Job Sheet NO is 299343506/080826/16 and IMEI NUMBER 359835010458392. I am very vexed with their behavior and so do other customers. Please help me in this regard.
