Complaint regarding Mobile Service Nokia-N73

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Kunal Mahajan Having a Nokia Mobile N73 music edition. I buy this handset from Ludhiana Kipps Market Showroom on 11-Dec. During these 6 months i am facing a problem many times, So i go for repair at your Nokia Care (Model Town Centre). Our mobile problem is Charging, Back Heating & Joy Stick problem. I submit my mobile at your nokia care centre many times. But I am not satisfied regarding my mobile. At last time Mr. Jaspal & Mr. Money who is the incharge of the centre was called me take my mobile for few days and said me that i wiil changed your mobile from head office. After few days when he gave me my mobile i am facing same problem & he said me that your mobile got changed by Nokia Head Office. But i dont if my mobile has got changed (internally only) then why my mobile give me same problem. I am having my last job sheet no. which was given by nokia care centre when my mobile submitted for change. My last job sheet no.123433527/090620/56.Kindly help me regardin this matter beacause if there is no solution then in this case my mobile can blast.
