Missing of hand set

I purchased one mobile phone from mobile shoppe, chennai. it costs around 10, 000 Rs. after 10-15 days it stoped working there were no signals coming. i gave it for repairing at nokia priority centre, T nagar branch. the job sheet no. for it is 7342. i gave it on 1st. of november but i have not recieved it back till today. every time they say next week and so on today when i shouted on them, then they gave me phon no. of nokia head quater. when i called them and enquired about my hand set then they said they have not recieved any such hand set for repairing.

so i need your help if u can print this problem in your news paper.
