Bill for Hutch Recharge

Hi,

I have done a easy recharge for Rs. 501 for my mobile in Nokia Priority Dealer, Parsn Complex, Nungambakkam, Chennai. They refused to give a bill for the recharge I have done. They have just given an estimate slip for that amount. When I asked them, they say that they will never give the bill for recharges made.

Then how come the sales I have made in that shop will be registered? Where I can move this complaint to? Please suggest.
