Keys are not working of set no.2630

I am very sorry to inform that two months and half months have passed and my set is with Customer Care Deptt. and my problem has not been solved so far, I am very much fed up with the Nokia Company and its Customer Care Executives, they are just misguiding me, so many times I had spoken to the Executives, I had purchased the set in the month of Dec, 07. Even I had written on this very sight earlier, it shows that nobody is worried about the Customer only they have just under the big banner of nokia made the CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.

If anybody see it kindly help me and solve my problem.
