Yet to receive my cell

I have given my n78 for service at sep 13, target date was 19 sep, but till today i didnt get my cell back i dont get any proper reply from the service center they just saying they will close my job sheet with out giving my cell back, how can ur employ speak like this the employe name s sunil and the manager name is gopal, the manager doeshnt even bother to hear my prob if the manager itself so heartlless and doesnt care abt the customer then wat is the use of buying nokia cell... just see through it tat i get back my cell back soon and no one suffers like me again

i just dont like the service of customer care service it s not good they just dont bother abt the customers or the nokia company name
