Eplacement of handset

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a handset of Nokia, model no.- 2505, from Mobile Store, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur (Invoice No.- WB/01525/00001/1666) on 13th June’08.

But I am so unhappy to inform you that I have found some problem in my handset on 5th Aug’08, the fault is Overheating & Not Charging & always switched off. I have informed to your Jugsalai store for this case but till date no action has been taken from their side. The manner of your Jugsalai store’s sales person is so bad, they don’t know how to deal with a customer. I have given the handset to Nokia Care, Jamshedpur on 6th Aug’08 for repairing. The details are as follows:

After repairing I have collected the handset on 2nd Sep ’08 but the problem is keeping remain same. And the same day it has send for repeat job. Today (18th Sep ’08) when I was collecting the handset, it has the same problem i.e. there has been no action taken for that.

I am very disappointment to say that it is the first time worst experience with Nokia & Mobile Store and I am very unsatisfied with the job carried out on my hand set. Therefore it is to requesting you that kindly replace my handset as early as possible.
