NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE
Service centre is not providing me my set

Sir, i have submitted my set on 11th of dec but till know i have not got my set.the set is made by nokia and it's model is n-81 8GB. when ever i use to go their to check my set status the service centre officals always use to make lame excuses and they give me false notes.as the set has crossed it's warranty but till know they hae not gien my set.i want my set to be replaced.
