Non-receipt of Redemption amount of Preference Shares & Vouche

12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share Certificate nos. 0 302931B to 0 302933B for 40 Preference Shares of Rs.100/- each and Voucher bearing Serial no. 0081266 dated 31.03.2000 having encashable value of Rs.9, 600/-are held since 31.03.2000. Company has closed down its Mumbai Office. Photocopy of said Preference Shares & Voucher were sent to its Resort's address at Sahyadri, Barwai, Maharashtra on 12.03.2009 by Speed Post AD for sending Cheque to my address. The AD card has not been received back till date. It seems the company's management is not serious about its commitments to investors. May I request for inclusion of my name in the list of company's investors/creditors for refund of my money alongwith interest for the delayed period.
