CUSTOMER CARE irresponsibility

ME, MYSELF SONNET.M.G staying in Mannuthy (Thrissur), Kerala. I purchased a nokia headset on october at cost of 2700/- Rupees from nokia priority dealer situating in West Fort. I have encountered a problem on 25 november. I consulted with customer care of thrissur on 28 november with six month warrenty from date of purchase onwards. Now its become 5 months after i have give to replacement warrenty.i made enquiry with customer care for many time but now they are telling me that company is responsible for such delay. I will be gratefull to you if you kindly help me in this situation.
