Problem with loud speaker, offen gets hanged and restaring offen . problem with head set, no clarity while hearing songs

I got the mob in the mid of november 08. set serial number is 353662018687079, Battery serial number is 3820668361260675909, 0670555.The very next day i had prob with the display, i gave to the shop where i bought and made it ready. After that it offen gets restarted and got hanged... Though i have enough space in the memory it gives a mess as no place in meomory delete some items. when ever i use head set and remove it the set gets restarts by itself and takes long time to get ready. And though i put for charging for night 8 to morning 10 the battery will not be full. Loud speaker was not working properly when i put loud speaker in call mode the voice will not be heard out... each time when i give service i'm loosing most of my contacts, data's and when i put music player the sound will not be in proper clarity since all get xpress music for hearing songs and enjoy but when ever i put song to hear in set i feel upset about my mob problem.so please take my complaint in serious manner and take the necessary steps to make me to get rid of this problems.
