Double fare charged for booking e-ticket

On 27-11-08 I booked one ticket PNRno.844-7941133 from Jabalpur to Lucknow woth Rs.3304.
And on 28-11-08 further booked another ticket PNRno. 822-6161296 from Jabalpur to Lucknow worth Rs.3304.
On 30-11-08 I cancelled the ticked bearing PNRno.844-7941133.
In all the above three (3) transactions payment was made through ATM-Debit Card of SBI.
On checking my bank account I found the amount of Rs.3304 debited FOUR TIMES instead of two. Thus instead of debiting Rs.6608. an amount of Rs.13, 216. stands debited from my account.
Pl check and credit my account with Rs.6608.
