Revival of policy-Policy No.410910932

Re: Joint Policy No.410910932- in the names of Manash chakraborty & Radha Chakraborty

The above policy was initiated against our housing loan no.3834 taken and fully repaid by us. The above policy was in custody of the LICHFL and they have been depositing the monthly premium all these years with LIC. On return of the documents and the above policy to us in March we found that the monthly premium has been stopped being deposited by LICHFL and is over due.

We have been successfully in getting the policy transfered to Jadavpur Branch code no.400, from where the same would be serviced. However, when we initiated communication for revival of the policy, we came to a deadlock- the branch people refused to do so, saying we need to go through medical etc..

The policy has become outstanding because of no fault on our part.

Please let us know how much we need to pay to revive the above policy. Also let know whether we can pay the same from Delhi, since we are not living in Kolkata anymore, and it is not physically possible for us to go down to kolkata personally.
