We canceled our sky at the begining
of august by telephone and was asked to send in a letter witch we did, and have just received another bill for sky talk, why have i been billed for sky talk when you clearly knew we had cancelled as we received a text on the 18/8/09 concerning our cancellation? please could you rectify this and send a new bill . thank you G Plummer.
