Efund not recieved till now

I cancelled my 2 tickets from irctc (user id - ankur_g90) - 3 days before and yesterday...

and till now i haven't recieved my refund money back...

PNR no. of the tickets cancelled are-

1. 2628371468

2. 2528583734

Also, more money has been deducted from my pnb acc.(user id-AQK004557) during last reservations from irctc...

I hope u will check for the same and solve it.
