Non receipt of payment from IDBI Bank, ATM 1052 (JNV.Colony, Bikaner, Rajasthan) on 03-04 in between 12:30 to 12:45 PM, But debited Rs 15000

Respected Sir,

As mentioned in details in subject of Complaint, the matter has been also taken up by Bank of Baroda.

Unfotunately, since last 10-12 days, no response has been given, by your IDBI Bank.

When contacted at your local branch (IDBI, Bikaner, Rajasthan) 0n next day of happening ie.04-042009. No Response was given, even by your responsible, Bank Manager. They told, they donot know any thing, contact Bombay Branch. On 03-04, there was holiday.

I, again request your goodself, please look in the matter in no time, and Rs. 15000/- may kindly be credited in my account of Bank of Baroda, Sardul Ganj, Bikaner, Rajasthan as it was debited from my account without making payment by your IDBI, ATM 1052 (JNV, Colony, Bikaner, Rajasthan) on 03-04. inbetween 12:30 to 12:45 PM.

The complaint book placed at above said ATM can also be seen.
