AC non functioning in Two tie

Today i.e. 29 May 10 I M travelling in 5635 Okha-guwahati Exp from jamnagar to Varanasi in A1 Coach. Since Ahmedabad Station the passengers are complaining about the in efffectiveness of the AC, but authorities are not responding. And now its about 24 Hrs and still no action has been taken by the railway authority.

I Just want to ask why does the railway charge so much in the fare if it cannot provide the facilities according to the fare..

One more thing, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK BECOZ I M NOT BEEN PROVIDED THE REQUIRED FACILITIES..??

DOES RAILWAY HAS ANY ANSWEER TO MY QUESTIONS..

AT LAST SHAME ON THE RAILWAYS...
