Negligency of railways

This is regarding our booked item vide LR No C-645572 on date 15/02 from Kalyan to Lucknow. This consignment on 26/02 was loaded on summer special train No.0171DN at the rear side in coach no98710.After checking at lucknow Rly Station found that no unloading was done at lucknow. Further on our finding the consignment was again loaded on 02/03 in Train no. 0172UP at Gorakhpur Station. This Train reached lucknow on 03/03, which again did not got unloaded and went to Mumbai.

Please inform the control at VT Station and arrange to deliver the consignment to lucknow as earliest.
