Denied the existance of train No. 2954 AK Rajdhani from H. Nizamuddin to Mumbai

I have to go to Bharuch (Gujrat), I tried to book the tatkal ticket on line from H. Nizamuddin by train no 2954 AK Rajdhani Exp.by 3days successive attempts but could not get becouse of IRCTC web site get hang up from 8: AM to 8:30 Am then after no tatkal ticket is available.

The most strange it happend today (8/6/10) when i rush at AMROHA station by 5:30 AM to book the tatkal ticket from railway counter to be first person at counter,

when i produced my reservation form to the counter person he staiight forword denied that there is no train of this no (2954), insted of MANY ATTEMPT TO CONVIENCE HIM THAT THIS TRAIN OPERATE BETWEEN H. NIZAMUDDIN TO MUMBAI. BUT HE DID NOT GET AGREE AND FINALY ABBUSED AND SHOUT AT ME.

KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION.
