High Fare from rickshaw

I was traveling from bajrang chowk to hanuman Nagar in Aurangabad Maharashtra. Regular fare gose upto Rs. 25-27 in day time fare. on 08 July I took rickshow bearing no. MH 20 N 824 and on front glass Jaybhadra was written. His (Driver) behavier was very rude. he was smoking at that time it was time of 9.45 pm. He did not restart his meter and after smoking complet he started rickshow. It is to be noted that in front there was no light to see the meter reading. he took us to the hanuman Nagar and he lighted match box to see the reading. I surprised to see meter reading 6.70 showing. As he was drunked I didi not argued with him but try to point out him his mistake, but he didi not turn up. I showed threat of complain to the police station, but that goes in vein. As it was night time and possibility of complaint to plice was not possible as at that time i was carring my small child with me along with my wife. for the no reason I had to pay Rs. 50/- to him. Therefore this is complaint.
