Wrong possiblity of Revertion in promoted jo

I was selected as loco pilot goods (5000-8000) in aug from the seniority on the bases of merrit in the final of transportation exam of ALP of that time.we were 452 candidates were selected from RRB chandigarh and approx.225 were sent to Ambala dvn. After sending to Ambala Dvn. we 30 candidates were sent to initial training according to the merrit of RRB in batches firstly. After first batch, second batch was sent for training after two month latter and so on. Some of us fire a case against seniority in Honrable CAT chandigarh. The first seniority was out on the bases of Transportation marks merritfor all the selected candidate from RRB chandigarh. Now Hon. CATchandigarh give the design and directed to railway to satishfy the All Candidates (ALP) after submitting the design result of the case of seniority of employees of wksp. kapoorthala.

After the Hon. CAT direction Sr. DPO out the seniority list on the bases of merrit of total marks obtained in Diesa electric courses. After this mine place in seniority list gone to down to the last general seat and three Alp gone up to me.

Now they demands sr. Dpo to revert me back to ALP.

But the establishmeent rules (N.R., Sr. No.303/91)(IREM Vol. I) says that "In case, however, persons belonging to same RRB panel are sent for training in batches due to administrative reasons attributable to the candidates, the inter se seniority will be regulated batchwise.provided persons higher up in the panel of RRB not sent for training in the appropriate batch (as per seniority) due to administrative reasons shall be clubbed along with the candidates who took the training in the appropriate batch for the purpose of regulating the inter se seniority provided such persons pass the examination at the end of the training in the first attempt." pl. suggest to DRM Ambala to take design according to rules as mention above
