To get second cylende

Hi,

when i was trying to get spare cylender, they are saying " no stock to release spare cylenders, but we have one scheme, means you need to by any item (prestige products or butterfly products) then we release spare one".

I don't know how its possible, it there really any schemes. let me know please.
