Mistake in status

in my Election card there is a mistake as under.

Inccorrect Name husband's Name Hareshbhai

Correct Name Father's Name Hareshbhai.

I request you to correct the mistake in your record Please write fathers name Instead of husband name.

there is no correction in name only status is wrong. pl.do the needful & oblige.

after make correction kindly intimate me so that I collect new card from your office.
