Not delivered my document

Your person (Mr Mahul A) had come to deliver the above document on 30.05.09 at 11.45 .At that time my doorbell was not working and I was at home, but he did not knock the door . about this I enquired on phone, the lady replied we are not suppose knock the door if your door bell is not working... nor she gave me a proper reply nor informed from where the documents???

till date I have not recd the same.

Kindly look into the same and be kind enough to deliver me before noon as I go to work after 12.30 p.m..
