Employee's fund clearance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My father, Mr. Aba D. Gawade was working in NRC Ltd. Kalyan since 25 yrs. From last 2 years, the company was under shutdown & sick condition. Management is not looking in the issue. Company's owner sold out the land to Raheja builders. Now, the company has been locked out. Managemnt didn't clear the 2500 employee's PF. Even didn't inform anybody about the truth. These all employee's families are living in company quarters right now.

My humble request to you is please guide me what to do next? Who is the right person to approach for fund clearance of all the employees. Atleast give some way that we are still hoping. Kindly don't disappoint us. Company- NRC Ltd., Mohone, Ambivali (E) Kalyan Dist. Thane
