Deccan properties/urban woods

I commited 5 4= 9 lakhs with deccan propeties two years back. They promised urban woods which is near to Devanahalli airport. After paying the intial 5 lakhs when ever we called them we didnt get a proper reply. Then 3 months back when we contacted them they said everything is ready and they need more money for the paper work. We sent another 4 lakhs for the same. Now last week when my husband visited their office there is no respobsible people in their office and they said they have problem with the site and they showed another sight very far from the area which we have no intention to buy. These kind of property dealing is cheating and unacceptable. But what choice do we have. Is there anybody to help us and look into such group of developers. Is this how they become famous. I hope there is no answer for these question. But i humbly request our Indian authorities to look into these matters more seriously and dont allow such developers to progress. Thank you
