Non receipt of Maturity Payment

Dear Sir/Madam, I have 2 nos of NSC's 10000.00 each bearing nos.32EE335388/9 matured on 10th Dec which I have purchased from Bagmudi Purulia. After repeated requests & reminders the same has been transferred to Belgharia Kolkata 700056 H.O. However, after that I have send my relative with authoristaion letter for collecting the cheque which has been denied by the Post Master Mr. Bhattacharya. Please let me know how I can receive payment, please do something. Regards,
