WRONGLY DEBIT

Hi, this is sumit gupta, my concern is i m cus of hdfcbank of salay a/c, i m using nebanking wid same bank, i have done mobile refill on 3rd, 4th of sep 2009.i made rech but that rech is not sucessfull or my a/c has been debited, i made 8 attempts of transction of each rs/10.even on unsucessfull transction, the bank have to liabilty of credit to my a/c in 4 days, but my 6 tranmsctins has been credited, or i was the sucessful transction.so concern is that 6 transction of a/c has been credited but 1 of the transction that is rs.10 has not been credited to my a/c. so request to plz give me a resolution abt this.this not matter for rs 10, but its a question of bank repution.how is bank providing the services to us..my contact no is 9313521667... a/c no & other details u can contact me on my no, coz i hav no faith to anyone...
