About printing mistake

Sir,

My name is Mr. dattatraya sadashiv mane. my pan no. is AYNPM7849L. And accokno. no. is 061530100386042. i received my pan card on 27/04. but printing mistake on pan card. My father full name is Sadashiv Dhondi mane, but it printed on pan card is Sadashiv Dhomdi mane. so please correct it and dispatch me new pan card.
