STATUS OF PANCARD APPLICATION

I applied for Pan card form and my transcation no:102010546482. The problem is when i am entring my mode of payment (DD) details in nsdl website, show an error and not accepting, due to this i am unable to get the acknowlegment slip. Pls help me whether there is any other way to solve this problem for getting an acknowlegment slip, because without acknowlegment i am helpless.

I have email this matter on tininfo@nsdl.co.in, but it show failure. i also want to know the email id of nsdl to whom i can email & solve my problem.

pls help me as this matter is very very urgent.
