I am surprised to receive the dunning letter, for the same I hereby submit my objections (as under) and the same is being as a reply to the said dunning letter.

With respect to your Dunning letter dt: 15-04 which was received by me on 19-05 regarding the amount of Rs.5, 161/- pending in the account.

I was surprised to receive the said letter as the contents are not correct and there is not such pending amount as you notice. I have paid the entire amount on 29-12 that were pending under the account of Mobile Nos. 9885324246 & 9966624246 and changed to lifetime postpaid plan and for the same the receipt nos. 0195697 & 0195698 were issued. I have also tried to contact JOHN on the mobile you have mentioned; unfortunately no one reacted to me.

So, please verify the receipts with regard to the payments made by me and request you to communicate me your further action in this regard.
