my phone number 9440918361 under secunderabad (AP) circle cug plan, i am getting bill with gprs/wap charges of rs 199 per month which i never opted nor using it. Many time i requested thro call center to deactivate and refund the charges leived on me. In the mean time there was change of place (secunderabad to vizag) in november and busy in shifting and settling in new place but paying thte bills with the gprs /wap charges to keep the connection active. i request the authorities to verify the bill and rrefund/adjust the gprs charges in my future bills.
