This has reference to my earlier complaints through the email and also through TRAI regarding the difficulties that I am facing for the Mobile No. 9910910053 that I used for a short period. After the TRAI complaint the Airtel personnel had personally contacted me and told that I have nothing to do with that number any more and the sim that was provided can be torn and thrown. At that time I did ask whether I need to pay any amount and if so, bill may be kindly sent immediately. Now after so many months I have been receiving the phone call from someone (says he is legal professional) stating that I have to pay rupees 385 towards the bill for the mobile No. 9910910053. So far, I have not received any bill. But the insistence that I am receiving from this person (legal) orally that if I do not pay rupees 385 he would send the legal notice. I do not understand the connection between the Airtel office and this legal person, and also, I am not able to understand how anybody can claim the amount to be paid by anyone without sending any bill and that too far a person of my rank and a person who has been paying thousands of rupees as every months Airtel mobile use bill. For rupees 385 why not Airtel stream line and send the bill and receive the amount why such a simple thing is made complicated to harass the customer. Kindly attend to this on priority as is pending for more than six months and the issue is hanging on.
