Professional Courier - bunch of thieves

I recently send a courier from Trivandrum to Calicut, which include 5 packets of company sealed MP3-Video portable gadgets, but the recipient received only Two. The courier company employees stole 3 packets, for this the authorities in Trivandrum, Cochin (Kochi) and Mumbi office had done nothing to get it back to us. They have totally ignored our complaint..! Professional Courier is nothing but a bunch of thieves... Dont do business with them...!
