Mental harrassment to the custome

I purchased O General Split AC from Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar, Chennai 17 under durable article loan from BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD, ALWARPET, CHENNAI 18 (Loan No 320365) in the name of

Prabha Narayanan during Aug 08. The cost of the a/c is Rs.30690/- I paid an advance amount of Rs.10922 by cash to Rathna Fan House. Loan amount was for the balance amount of Rs.19768/- and other charges comes to Rs.696/- works out to Rs.20464/- payable in 6 equal monthly instalments of Rs.2558/- from Aug.08 to Mar.09. The repayment commenced from Aug.08 under ERS with my bank and the entire liability was cleared on March 09 without default. I also verfied with the loan term sheet given by ur chennai office that the repayment is only 8 instalments of Rs.2558/- from Aug to Mar.09. But they are continuously claiming the monthly instalment even after closure of loan a/c from April 09 and giving pressure to me over fone and also sending collection agent to my house for recovery. Despite the fact the loan was cleared asper schedule I do not understand why ur chennai office is giving pressure to me from various sources and giving mental agony. I never avail any loan from anybody. That too I did a mistake by availing from ur chennai office. I got fed up with ur chennai office nobody takes care about this except one Mr Ramkumar. Though he is giving assurance to me but the result is pressure from various sources. Kindly look into the matter and instruct ur chennai office to do the following:

1. Let them give no due certificate on my loan No 320365.

2. return of my blank cheques.
