Incorrect billing

Dear Sirs,

I had lunch along with my colleagues on the afternoon of 31 May. During lunch we had a few bottles of Carlsberg beer (pint) which was mentiomed in the menu as Rs. 120 per pint. However, at the time of billing we were charged at the rate of Rs. 190 per pint. On contacting the restaurant manager (Mr. Vidya Sagar) he informed that he was instructed by the restaurant Mangement to charge for Carlsberg beer at Rs. 190 per pint.

I do not find this acceptable as Ohri's menu offers a pint of beer at Rs. 120 and a full bottle of beer at Rs. 175. Then how was I charged Rs. 190 per pint without informing me about the new price and without taking my explicit consent at th etime of placing the order?
