Dear Sir, This is Basanta Khanikar, Cell no-9957722153, plan I 15CUG99.According to the tariff plan CUG to CUG .15 paise/min. But I am charged .30 paise/min. I complained local office continuously and they sent two E-mails to the concerning authority on21/08/09 to Saumitra Dutta and on23/09/09 to Nabarun Das. More over, I complained to customercare on25/07/09 and16/10/09 . But till today no action is taken. Therefore I request you to kindly look after the matter seriously and adjust my Bill. This is my last complaint. If I donot get response I shall be bound to surrender my SIM.
