OLAY Face Cream
Free voucher of 500 not honoured

I purchased Olay Face cream from Centre one mall of Vashi about 4 months before on a condition that i will be given Rs 500/- free service from their authorised Show rooms against the voucher. For the same i had to contact their service agency in Bangalore to fix the appointment. I never knew that this whole exercise is going to give me problems only.

I first called them in March 2nd week and they told that it will be communicated for the date which we decided. No reply before the date . then again we called up (Please note it is call to bangalore where STD charges are applicable) and the date of 3rd april was fixed but again no confirmation for that. Later we called up again and and the date of 8th may was confirmed from us and then we got a call saying that 8th is not possible it will be done for 13th May which was accepted by us. But again no response and now the coupons validity is over. I want to know how a company can cheat the customers like this if i have bought something against some gift why should i not get it.

I appeal to this forum to guide me on this matter against the harrasement and the torture i faced besides the amount bof STD calls i made.
