Pathetic & Horrible service

I had travelled to Bangalore from Chennai on 22/06 vide PNR no 00OZK6 and the service provided was the most third rated..

The AC was not functioning at all and most of the people were sweating it out. The attendent sitting inside was at a loss was just sleeping sitting in the rear seat.

No beverages were provided. (it was noticed that the same was shared among the staff after reaching bangalore. The entertainment system did not work at all.

The refreshment provided was so pathetic that I fell sick after consuming the same (I just had 2 spoons).

And I get all this after paying 3 times the normal Volvo AC fare. The biggest joke is that you don't even have a link where we can raise complaints.
