TNT courier not have person for collection

Three days continiously talking with TNT customer care for sending parsel to 'Turkey'. they said that they have only one person for pickup and he will be come 9.00 p.m to 9.30 pm. not fix. when i said any other thing for colletion they said give to any other courier. what a good reply. i just suggest to TNT that improve your service.
