Poor service by OM Sai Motors

Hello

I took my car for servicing to OM Sai on Sat 9th May. I usually give them because of their high quality of service. But I am amazed of what I got.

1. The cost of servicing and labor cost is sky high.

2. When I got my car there was a set of flag in the dash board. It was all damaged and broken.

3. The audio setting is completely gone.

4. The watch has been reset and they didn't bother to rectify it.

5. The worst part is I gave my car when the KM read as 7937 when I got it back it was 7846. The drove the car for 9 kms and their logic was they did it for testing the spark plug.

6. The washing quality is very bad. There was stain left on my windsheild and rear glass. Its so very bad.

I want a suitable compensation regarding this.
