Charging Extra amount on products and non issuance of bill

Dear Sir,

This is to complaint against the shopkeeper name: Mr. Gupta Shop name: omsai snacks and cold drinks, Kolshet upper village, post: Sandoz baug Thane west PIN-400607. The shopkeeper charges extra amount on every products more than M.R.P. further denies for valid bills or reciept.

Also the shopkeeper uses abusive language to customer's. Kindly take the stringent action against the shopkeeper also there is no liciense displayed in the shop. The shopkepper do not follow any rules of consumer forum.

I hope you take necessary action against the shopkeeper to maintain the charges as per M.R.P also the proper sanitation and issuance of bill recipt of the product purchased.
