New ATM card password

Sir,

I have a ATM CUM DEBIT card No.6220180209500123614 issued in my name, which is valid from OCT,

I activated the card by the PIN given to me by the bank officials. Later I changed the PIN.

After the PIN is changed the card is not responding-- either in the old PIN or in the new PIN.

No response code is also generated.

The card is idle since then.

Please do the needful.
