Internet connection not working for last four months

Respected Sir,

I am working as Manager-Consumer Marketing with Govt of India viz. M/s ONGC Ltd. My residence no. is 080-26654262. I am using BSNL internet home connection.

I am taking care of supplies of Kerosene, HSD, Petrol in Bangalore and lot of public dealing My work profile is more towards consumer supplies so frequent usage of internet made at home.

For last three months, i am facing frequent problems in operating internet at home. I have lodged complaints no. of times also but problem has not solved till now.

I request you to kindly depute somebody and visit at my home today evening positively to resolve the problem. My address is as under:-
