Non issue of gas refil

I have registered as a gas consumer (No.10732) with Indane gas distrubutor" Teja Rohini Gas agency, Rajahmundry" and i have booked for gas refill on 12.12.2007 after 21 days of receiving earlier gas refill. However i have not received gas refill till date (after 33 days) and on contact the gas agency is unable commit any firm date of gas delivery.

This has become regular event and with great difficulties i use to receive the gas refill personly every time.

I think the system of gas refill distrution is planned well but it is not implimented and monitored properly creating great inconvenience to the consumer.

I kindly request the authorities to arrange issue gas refill at the earliest, as my both gas cylinders are empty and i am unable to celebrate the Christmas on 25.12.2007.
