I have purchased one 29Oxygen 300 Colour TV from M/s Mohanty Electronics, Sambalpur on 03.04.09 vide bill No.14264 and in the bill he has mentioned that the amount which I have paid is with delivery in my house but it is to inform you that I have paid the auto fare separately. Secondely the authorised dealer has given me a duplicate remote control which I came to know by trying to allign the TV by pressingthe vsm and Display button which does not work, but that workswith my old onida remote control. So it is a shameful thing to be done by an authorised shop. I have purchased the ONIDA TV due to its quality, but I think that I have committed a mistake. So I request you to do the needful.
