I Have purchased onida dvd player 8300 @ 2 year back. I Have registered complaint for purchasing new DVD remote control as old remote control is not working properly. I have registered complaint on 21/02 vide complaint no is 09024156380641 in bhosari (Pune) Maharashtra. But from last two months they are saying that no stock is available. Then I have contacted cordinator of that region. As per his information software of model no 5100 can be loaded on 8300 DVD & Remote control of model no 5100 can be used. But till date no one is attended this after continuous follow up to them from me.

I have a very bad experience of Service from onida which is international company.
