Onida AC
Not working properly

Dear Sir

Last year i took EWC from 25/07/08 to 24/07/09 vide EWC No.2208670 for the Product SG18TRD. For this I made first complained on 20.04.09 vide complaint no. E7751. it was solved after 7 days. But after that this AC is working but not properly. In last three years (i.e. from my purchase) this AC has created problem for 7 times. I do not know what product they make. They claim by saying "garmi mein sardi ka maza". Instead of saying this they should say "Buy Onida AC" and get "Tension and Irritation" absolutely free.

I will be very thankful to your site if you solve my problem.
