Onida AC
Proper follow is not given for the service

My father brought an AC for our house, its a Onida split ac, in which we are facing a serious problem right now. We filed a complaint in ONIDA service centre on 10-06-09 and our complaint number is 76380391. but still now no one have reached our residence for service. i have contacted the service centre which is located in Aodonis.18, 4th Lane, Nungambakam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. Phone: (044) 28330521 for more than 10 to 20 times, and i have sent a mail regarding this worst response to the onida company, even they haven't bothered to solve this problem. we are facing a worst night in this summer without ac even though we own a ac. we got frustrated by their worst response.

Kindly take action towards the service centre and the company and save our country from such a worst service peoples.
